Adequate defense in a slip-and-fall case

Rick Dye's extensive experience defending property owners was evident in handling my case. His AV-rating and recognition in personal injury defense are well-deserved. The legal strategy was sound, and we achieved a reasonable outcome. However, communication was sometimes slower than expected, with responses taking several days. For a straightforward premises liability matter, his competence at Butler Snow is clear, but the process felt more transactional than anticipated. He is a capable attorney who met, but did not exceed, expectations.
