Adequate representation for a complex contract dispute

With his 50 years of experience and recognition in commercial litigation, we felt confident in his legal acumen. His analysis of the contractual language and the precedents from his appellate practice background was thorough and insightful. Ultimately, the matter was settled, which was a satisfactory outcome. However, the experience was not without its frustrations. Communication was sometimes a challenge; responses to emails could take several days, and updates often felt reactive rather than proactive. While his deep knowledge in labor and employment law was evident in tangential discussions about our internal policies, the direct management of our case sometimes lacked the immediacy we expected. For straightforward legal strategy from a seasoned attorney, Mr. Walker is competent.
