When our family needed to navigate the succession of a multi-generational business while ensuring my parents' elder care needs were met, we turned to Rick Nickels. His 30 years of experience, particularly at the intersection of tax, business, and estate planning, was immediately evident. Rick, from Bradley Arant in Nashville, expertly structured a plan that addressed corporate governance, tax efficiency, and a tailored trust for my parents.
