Richard Diggs assisted our small investment firm with an SEC filing related to a recent private offering. His knowledge of securities regulation was evident, and his background in this area from NYU was reassuring. The work product was technically sound and met the deadline. However, the experience was mixed. There were periods where we waited several days for email responses, which created some anxiety during the process. While he is clearly recognized in his field, the client service aspect felt more transactional than collaborative for our needs. He is a capable attorney for the core legal work, but managing client expectations could be improved.
