Competent employment counsel, but communication could improve

I hired Renata Araújo to handle a complex non-compete agreement dispute for my former employer. However, the experience was mixed. While the outcome was acceptable, there were often significant delays in receiving responses to emails, which added to our stress during negotiations. For clients who need frequent updates, setting very clear communication expectations upfront would be advisable.
