My husband and I engaged Rebecca Wrock at Varnum to help us create a comprehensive estate plan, including a trust for our children and directives for our small family business. With over 15 years of experience, Rebecca was exceptionally knowledgeable. She took the time to thoroughly understand our unique family dynamics and financial picture. Her background in both nonprofit and trusts and estates law was evident; she provided insightful advice on charitable giving components we hadn't even considered. The final documents were meticulously tailored and she explained every provision in clear, non-legalese terms. The entire process felt collaborative and secure. The only slight drawback was that during particularly busy periods, email responses could sometimes take a full business day, but this was a minor consideration given the quality of the work. We have tremendous confidence in the plan she helped us build and highly recommend her services to anyone in the Ann Arbor area seeking thoughtful estate planning.
