Bio

Rebecca Neumann is a passionate advocate, driven by her empathy for her clients’ problems and her desire to seek justice on their behalf. She has represented clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including catastrophic injury, products liability, medical malpractice, commercial litigation, defamation, sexual assault and civil rights. Rebecca has deposed fact and expert witnesses, drafted and argued motions at every stage of litigation, briefed multiple appeals, and presented oral argument to a Texas appellate court. Rebecca has been recognized for her work by being named one of Best Lawyers’ “Ones to Watch.”Rebecca attended SMU Dedman School of Law and graduated with honors. Before that, she attended Texas A&M University. Based on her passion and excellence in oral advocacy and legal writing, she was inducted into the prestigious Order of the Barristers.Outside the office, Rebecca can be found coaching SMU Law moot court teams to victory with co-coach (and husband) Adrian and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.
