Competent but communication could be more consistent

Rebecca Goldman provided solid legal guidance when our small media company needed to navigate a data privacy compliance issue. Her background in communications law and her recognition in privacy and data security were evident; she clearly knows the regulatory landscape. The advice she gave was sound and helped us avoid a potential violation. However, the experience was somewhat mixed. There were periods where responses to emails took longer than expected, and at times, the process felt less proactive than we had hoped. For straightforward matters, her two decades of experience make her a reliable choice, but you may need to manage expectations regarding turnaround times on non-urgent communications.
