A consummate professional who guided our complex merger flawlessly

Rebecca Hurst provided exceptional counsel during our company's recent merger. Her deep expertise in corporate law and M&A, honed over 19 years, was immediately apparent. She seamlessly integrated her LL.M. in Taxation from NYU to structure the deal efficiently. As Managing Partner of Smith Hurst PLC, she marshaled firm resources expertly, yet remained our direct, hands-on advocate. The process was complex, but her strategic foresight and meticulous attention to detail ensured a smooth, successful outcome. Her recent Lawyer of the Year recognitions are clearly well-deserved. For any significant corporate matter in Northwest Arkansas, she is the definitive choice.
