A consummate professional who guided our family business through a complex transition

Our family-owned manufacturing company faced a critical juncture requiring a complex restructuring and succession plan. We were referred to Randy Fisher, and it was the best decision we could have made. His dual expertise in taxation from his LL.M. and decades of experience with closely held businesses was immediately apparent. Randy didn't just draft documents; he provided a comprehensive strategy that addressed our tax exposure, governance, and the sensitive dynamics of transitioning leadership to the next generation. His foresight, honed over 32 years of practice, helped us avoid numerous pitfalls. While we were aware of his recent 'Lawyer of the Year' recognitions, working with him revealed the true depth of that expertise. He is exceptionally thorough, communicates complex ideas with clarity, and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for his clients. Our business is now on a secure, tax-efficient path for the future, thanks to Randy and his team at Thomas, Fisher & Edwards.
