Rafael practices in several areas of insurance law, defending insurance companies and their insureds across automobile, homeowner’s, commercial auto, and property. He has experience in bad faith litigation, complex tort litigation, and coverage issues. He also practices in the areas of business and commercial litigation and personal injury litigation. Rafael is past Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Utah Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and past member of the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross, Salt Lake Chapter.
