Competent handling of a contested will

Mr. Mahaffey's expertise in trusts and estates litigation was clear during my family's dispute. His recognition as Lawyer of the Year is well-earned for his strategic approach. However, communication was sometimes delayed, and the process felt slower than expected given his 14 years of experience. While the outcome was satisfactory, managing expectations on timelines could be improved. He is undoubtedly knowledgeable, but the client experience was just adequate for the complexity of our case.
