I worked with Mr. Lowenbaum on a complex labor and employment matter where his extensive experience (48 years!) was clearly evident. As a principal at Jackson Lewis and with his background as a co-managing partner at Lowenbaum Law, I expected strong legal counsel, and he delivered in that regard. The resolution was favorable, but I wish the communication had been more consistent. At times, I found myself waiting longer than ideal for updates, and while the advice was sound, it sometimes lacked the personalized touch I was hoping for. His recognition in employment law is well-deserved, but this case could have been handled with better responsiveness. Overall, I’d recommend him for his expertise, but with the caveat that expectations should be set accordingly.
