However, the experience felt somewhat transactional. While his advice was technically sound, there were notable delays in receiving follow-up correspondence, and I sometimes had to prompt for updates. For straightforward antitrust advice, he is certainly capable, but the overall client service and proactive communication didn't quite match the level of his recognized expertise.
