Competent and experienced, but communication could improve

Mr. Sykes handled a complex business dispute for our company. His 30 years of experience and recognition in litigation were evident; he quickly identified the core issues and steered us toward a reasonable settlement. His reputation and relationships in the Ridgeland legal community were clearly an asset. However, we sometimes felt out of the loop on strategy details, and responses to non-urgent inquiries could be slow. For straightforward matters, his general practice expertise is solid, but you may need to be proactive in managing the communication flow. The outcome was acceptable, aligning with his big-picture approach.
