When my business faced a complex appeal on a contractual dispute, Phil DeRosier was our clear choice. His deep understanding of Michigan appellate procedure, honed over nearly 30 years, was immediately evident. He meticulously deconstructed the lower court's ruling and crafted a compelling, persuasive brief for the Court of Appeals. His recognition as a multi-time 'Lawyer of the Year' is well-deserved. The outcome was decisively in our favor. Phil combines formidable expertise with a direct, reassuring manner that instills complete confidence.
