Competent and experienced, but communication could improve

I hired Mr. Morgan to assist with the purchase of a commercial property in Jacksonville. His knowledge of real estate law is evident, and his long-standing recognition in publications like Best Lawyers was reassuring. He handled the title review and closing documents with clear expertise. However, the experience was somewhat mixed. While the legal work was solid, there were periods where responses to emails took several days, which added to our stress during the negotiation phase. His advice was always sound when we finally connected, but the wait times made the process feel less managed than I had hoped. For straightforward transactions, his 12 years of experience and AV Preeminent rating mean you're in capable hands, but be prepared to follow up if you need timely updates.
