His deep expertise in construction law was evident from the start; his 18 years of experience and recognition in that specific field provided a solid foundation. He had a clear grasp of the technical aspects and the contractual nuances involved. Ultimately, the matter was resolved, which was the primary goal. However, my experience was mixed. While Philip is undoubtedly knowledgeable, communication was sometimes a challenge. There were periods where responses to emails took longer than expected, and updates on case developments felt reactive rather than proactive. For a client navigating a stressful situation, this created some unnecessary anxiety. His focus on the legal strategy was strong, but the client management aspect felt just adequate. He is a competent attorney who knows construction law inside and out, as his accolades suggest, but the overall service experience didn't fully match the level of his legal acumen. For straightforward matters where hands-on communication is less critical, he would be a fine choice.
