Exceptional M&A Guidance

I had the privilege of working with Mr. Forlenza on a complex corporate merger, and his expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions Law was evident from the start. He provided clear, strategic advice and was meticulous in reviewing all contracts and documentation. One minor critique—I occasionally had to follow up to get responses within my preferred timeframe, and the billing structure could be more transparent upfront.
