A Master of Complex Commercial Real Estate and Tax Law

When our family-owned manufacturing business faced a perfect storm of a distressed property acquisition entangled with significant tax implications, we knew we needed an attorney with deep, multifaceted expertise. Peter Title was precisely that. His fifty years of experience, particularly his recognized focus in commercial real estate and tax law, were immediately evident. He didn't just review contracts; he explained the interplay between the property's title issues, potential bankruptcy considerations of the seller, and the long-term tax consequences for our business in a way that was remarkably clear. His background from Tulane Law and his editorial role there shone through in his meticulous, precise drafting and negotiations. Mr. Title guided us through the labyrinth with a steady hand, securing not only a favorable purchase but also a structure that optimized our tax position. He is the epitome of a seasoned counselor—strategic, patient, and profoundly knowledgeable. We emerged from a highly complex transaction protected and positioned for growth, thanks entirely to his exceptional skill.
