Sound Knowledge, Room for Improvement

Peter M. Merrigan demonstrated solid expertise in product liability cases, which was evident in how he handled my situation with a defective medical device. His 17 years of experience and recognition by Best Lawyers gave me confidence in his abilities. However, I found the communication somewhat slow at times, with longer-than-expected responses to my emails and calls. While he was thorough in preparing the case, I wished he had been more proactive in keeping me updated. The resolution was fair, but I had to follow up multiple times to get timely updates. Overall, he's clearly knowledgeable, but I'd suggest improving client communication to better manage expectations.
