Competent on employment contract, but communication was inconsistent

I hired Ms. Lieberman to review a non-compete agreement my new employer presented. Her analysis of the restrictive covenants was sharp, and she clearly drew on her recognized expertise in employment law for management. She efficiently identified the major pitfalls. However, the process felt a bit disjointed for a firm of Jackson Lewis's stature. There were delays in receiving the marked-up draft, and follow-up emails sometimes took a few days for a brief response. While she ultimately secured the key revisions I needed, the client experience itself was just adequate. She's knowledgeable, but managing expectations on turnaround could be improved.
