Skilled and strategic in complex real estate litigation

Our firm engaged Tad O'Connor at Loeb & Loeb to represent us in a contentious dispute over a commercial lease in Midtown Manhattan. The opposing party was aggressively pursuing claims of breach and seeking significant damages. From our initial consultation, Tad demonstrated a deep understanding of New York real estate law and litigation strategy that belied his relatively short time at the firm. His analysis of our position was sharp, and he clearly drew upon the strong foundation from his Georgetown Law education and the firm's recognized expertise in this area. He successfully navigated us through the discovery process, crafting compelling arguments that ultimately led to a very favorable settlement just before trial. His commitment to client advocacy was evident throughout; he was always prepared and fought tenaciously for our interests. The only slight critique would be that during particularly busy periods, there were occasional delays in email responses, but his associate was always available as a backup. We felt well-represented and would confidently recommend Tad for complex real estate litigation matters.
