Competent on complex environmental compliance, communication could improve

Paul Drucker is clearly a knowledgeable attorney, as his recognition in environmental law and litigation suggests. He guided our manufacturing company through a complex compliance review related to a recent acquisition. His analysis of the regulatory landscape was thorough, drawing on his decades of experience. However, the process felt somewhat transactional. While his legal advice was sound, we sometimes experienced delays in receiving updates and found his communication style to be more reactive than proactive. For straightforward, high-stakes environmental matters, his expertise is solid, but managing client expectations and responsiveness could be more consistent.
