Experienced and capable, but communication could improve

Mr. Gunn represented our small business in a complex commercial real estate transaction. His deep knowledge of real estate and finance law, backed by his decades of experience, was evident. He navigated the intricacies of the deal with a steady hand, and we felt secure knowing someone with his recognition in the field was on our side. However, the process was sometimes slower than we anticipated. While his advice was always sound when we received it, there were periods where we had to follow up multiple times for updates, which created some anxiety. For straightforward, high-stakes legal work, his expertise is undeniable. Just be prepared to manage expectations regarding response times and proactive communication throughout your matter.
