Exceptional guidance on a complex estate plan

Paul Bourdeau provided invaluable counsel as my wife and I navigated the complexities of updating our estate plan to include a family trust and address significant tax implications. His deep expertise, particularly his LLM in Taxation from NYU, was immediately apparent and gave us tremendous confidence. His recognition in Chambers High Net Worth Guide is well-deserved. Over his 41-year career, he has a remarkable ability to explain intricate legal concepts with clarity and patience. The one area where our experience wasn't perfect was the occasional delay in email responses, likely due to his demanding caseload. That said, the quality of the final documents and strategic advice from him and his team at Cummings & Lockwood was outstanding and worth the wait.
