Exceptional counsel for a complex shareholder dispute

Our company faced a significant shareholder derivative lawsuit in Delaware Chancery Court, and we turned to Paul Lockwood at Skadden. His deep knowledge of Delaware corporate law and his three decades of experience in securities litigation were immediately evident. He provided a clear, strategic assessment of our position and guided us through the complexities of the M&A-related allegations with a steady hand. His recognition in commercial and securities litigation is well-deserved. While his billing rates reflect his expertise at a top-tier firm, and there were occasional delays in email responses during particularly busy periods, the outcome was worth it. Paul is a formidable advocate who inspires confidence in high-stakes litigation.
