A consummate professional who guided our institution through a complex employment dispute

Our private school faced a challenging and highly sensitive employment termination matter that threatened to escalate into public litigation. Engaging Paul Lannon was the best decision we made. His deep, three-decades-long experience in both education and employment law was immediately apparent. He didn't just provide legal advice; he provided strategic counsel, carefully weighing every potential outcome for our institution's reputation and operations. Paul's calm, methodical approach de-escalated the situation, and his negotiation skills were instrumental in reaching a confidential settlement that protected all parties. His recognition as a leader in Education Law is well-deserved. At Holland & Knight, you expect top-tier service, but Paul and his team exceeded those high expectations with their responsiveness, thorough preparation, and genuine commitment to our success. He is the attorney you want in your corner when the stakes are high.
