Skilled and diligent counsel for our business acquisition

For an attorney with two years of experience, his command of the transactional details was impressive. He clearly leveraged the firm's deep resources and his own academic foundation from NYU Law to navigate the complexities of due diligence and contract structuring. His recognition in Mergers and Acquisitions law felt well-earned based on his precise work. Paul was proactive in identifying potential liabilities we had overlooked and explained every step in clear, business-focused terms. His professionalism made a stressful process much more manageable. The one area where we experienced a slight delay was in receiving draft revisions during the final negotiation push; communication could sometimes take a day longer than hoped during peak periods.
