A strategic and brilliant advocate in complex commercial disputes

Our company faced a high-stakes, multi-party commercial dispute that threatened significant financial and reputational damage. We were referred to Paul Sarkozi at Tannenbaum Helpern, and it was the best decision we could have made. From our first meeting, Paul’s strategic acumen was evident. He didn’t just react to the litigation; he crafted a forward-looking plan that leveraged his deep knowledge of arbitration, which he correctly identified as the most efficient path to resolution. His background chairing the firm’s Litigation practice and his recognition in areas like commercial litigation were not just credentials on paper—they translated directly into a commanding, yet calm, presence during proceedings. Paul’s guidance was consistently clear, his analysis sharp, and his professionalism unwavering, even under intense pressure. He and his team secured a settlement that not only protected our interests but positioned us favorably for future business. It’s clear why he has been consistently recognized by Super Lawyers. For any complex business dispute in New York, Paul Sarkozi is the attorney you want in your corner.
