Competent on regulatory matters, but communication could improve

While the legal work was solid, there were periods where communication lagged, making it difficult to get status updates without multiple follow-ups. For clients who prioritize frequent, proactive communication throughout a process, setting very clear expectations at the outset would be advisable.
