Expert guidance through a complex nursing home acquisition

Our family-owned skilled nursing facility was navigating a complex acquisition by a larger provider group. The regulatory and contractual complexities were daunting. We engaged Patrick Formato based on his deep specialization in health law and his firm's strong reputation. With over three decades of experience, his knowledge of New York's healthcare landscape was immediately evident. He meticulously guided us through every stage, from due diligence on licensure transfers to negotiating key operational covenants. His recognition in publications like New York Magazine for health law leadership is well-deserved; he thinks several steps ahead. The process concluded successfully, protecting our interests completely. The only minor critique would be that during peak periods, response times from his support team could occasionally lag a day, but Patrick himself was always ultimately accessible for critical matters. We highly recommend him for any healthcare provider facing significant transactions or regulatory challenges.
