A Lifeline During Our Company's Financial Restructuring

When our manufacturing business in Phoenix faced severe liquidity issues and needed to restructure significant debt, we turned to Patrick Clisham at Engelman Berger. His 23 years of experience, particularly in creditor debtor rights and insolvency, were immediately apparent. Patrick didn't just handle the loan documentation; he provided a strategic roadmap. He leveraged his deep knowledge of commercial finance law to negotiate with our creditors, ultimately crafting a reorganization plan that allowed us to continue operations and retain our workforce. His recent recognition as Lawyer of the Year in Bankruptcy was well-earned and gave us immense confidence. Patrick was both a sharp legal mind and a steady, empathetic guide through a stressful process. The outcome preserved the business my family built, and for that, we are profoundly grateful. He is the definition of a trusted advisor.
