A competent attorney, but communication could be more consistent

Her credentials are undeniably impressive, with over two decades of experience and clear recognition in employment law management. This expertise was evident during our initial strategy session; she had a firm grasp of the legal landscape and provided a solid, pragmatic assessment of our case. Ultimately, the matter was resolved favorably, which is the primary goal. However, the experience felt somewhat transactional. While I never doubted her legal acumen, there were periods where communication lagged. Responses to emails sometimes took several days, and updates on case developments were not always proactive, leaving me to follow up. For the premium rates associated with a firm of this caliber and an attorney of her stature, I expected a more consistent client experience. She is certainly a capable lawyer who knows labor and employment law inside and out, but the service aspect felt just adequate. If you need strong legal representation and are prepared to manage the communication flow yourself, she will handle the legal work competently.
