Competent handling of my medical malpractice case

Attorney Nichols was clearly knowledgeable about medical malpractice law, and her firm's recognition in this area was evident. She secured a reasonable settlement for my case involving a surgical error. However, communication was sometimes inconsistent, with delays in returning calls and emails. While the legal outcome was satisfactory, the process felt less personal than I had hoped, and managing expectations on timelines could have been better. For straightforward matters, she is a capable attorney, but be prepared to follow up proactively on the administrative side.
