I moved to Las Vegas in 1975. I graduated Bishop Gorman High School in 1983. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego in 1987.
I Graduated from Whittier College School of Law in December of 1995. I am licensed to practice in the State of Nevada. The United States District Court in Nevada, Federal Court.
I am also licensed to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.I am AV rated with Martindale Hubbell. This is their highest rating for ethical standards and preeminent legal ability. I am included in the Super Lawyers Directory.

In 2021 I was named adjunct professor of the year Additionally, I served two terms as a legislator in the Nevada State Assembly from 2016 through 2020.I am a Fellow in Litigation Counsel of America. The Litigation Counsel of America is an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society established to reflect the new face of the American bar. Membership is limited to 3,500 Fellows, representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.
