A knowledgeable and compassionate advocate for my family's estate

I hired Ms. Soje-Diyan to help my siblings and me navigate a complex probate matter after our father's passing. From our initial consultation at Solomon Dwiggins Freer & Steadman, her knowledge of trusts and estates law was immediately apparent. She patiently explained the Nevada-specific procedures and potential pitfalls, which was invaluable given the emotional stress we were under. Her guidance through the litigation process was clear and strategic, and I was particularly impressed that she had already been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star—it showed in her meticulous preparation. While her communication was thorough, there were a couple of instances where responses to non-urgent emails took a bit longer than expected, which was a minor frustration during an already lengthy process.
