Worth Liipfert focuses his practice on governmental agency defense, construction litigation, personal injury litigation, workers’ compensation, premises liability, and appellate advocacy.He represents clients throughout the 14th Judicial Circuit, which includes Allendale, Beaufort, Colleton, Hampton and Jasper counties in state court and federal court proceedings, including state and federal courts of appeals. Mr. Liipfert is a certified circuit court mediator. He joined the firm right after graduating from law school in 2004, and he has been a partner since 2012.
