Our company recently navigated a multi-million dollar acquisition, a process fraught with intricate tax implications and corporate governance hurdles. Engaging Noah Stern was the best decision we made. His 26 years of experience, particularly his deep focus on transactional and tax matters, was immediately evident. He didn't just review documents; he provided strategic counsel that protected our interests and optimized the deal's structure from a tax perspective. His dual background from NYU Law and Indiana University brings a nuanced, analytical approach to every problem. While we were aware of his recent 'Lawyer of the Year' recognition in Tax Law, working with him firsthand at Manley Burke showed us why he earned it. Noah is exceptionally responsive, explains complex issues in clear terms, and operates with unwavering professionalism. The transaction closed smoothly, and his foresight saved us significant future liability. For any business or individual in Cincinnati facing a sophisticated legal matter, Noah J. Stern is an invaluable asset.
