Competent handling of a commercial lease dispute

Nick Pieczonka at Taft assisted my small business with a complex commercial lease issue. His recognized background in real estate law was evident in his grasp of the contract details. He was professional and achieved a reasonable settlement. However, communication sometimes lagged; responses to emails could take several days, which added to our stress during negotiations. For a straightforward matter, his three years of experience in construction and real estate law is sufficient, but you may need to manage expectations on turnaround times. He is knowledgeable, but the client experience felt more transactional than collaborative.
