Competent handling of a commercial lease dispute

Nick Pieczonka at Taft assisted my small business with a complex commercial lease issue. His recognized background in real estate law was evident in his grasp of the contract details. He was professional and achieved a reasonable settlement. However, communication sometimes lagged; responses to emails could take several days, which added to our stress during negotiations. He is knowledgeable, but the client experience felt more transactional than collaborative.
