Competent representation with some communication delays

I hired Nicholas Romano of Connors LLP to handle a complex civil litigation matter stemming from a business partnership dispute. His 12 years of broad-based experience, including his recognized work in commercial litigation, was evident in his strategic approach to the case. He clearly understood the nuances of the law and was well-prepared for court appearances. The outcome was ultimately favorable, which I attribute to his legal acumen. However, the experience was not without its frustrations. Communication was sometimes slower than I would have liked, with emails and calls taking several days for a response during non-critical periods. At times, I felt I had to follow up to get updates on procedural steps. While I appreciate his expertise and the solid result, the client service aspect felt just adequate. For straightforward legal matters where you need a capable litigator, Mr. Romano is a good choice, but be prepared to manage your expectations regarding ongoing communication.
