I engaged Nestor Rosin of Foster LLP to assist with an L-1 visa application for a key employee in our Fort Worth-based business. His background in immigration law with a business focus was a primary reason for our choice, and his 15 years of experience and recognition by Best Lawyers were evident in the thoroughness of the legal strategy. The petition was ultimately successful. However, my experience was a mixed bag. While the legal work was solid, communication was inconsistent. There were periods of several days where updates were not forthcoming, and responses to emails were sometimes slower than expected. The process also felt more expensive than initially anticipated. Mr. Rosin is clearly a knowledgeable attorney in his field, but for a three-star fee, I expected a more proactive and communicative partnership. He handled the complex legal aspects well, but the client service experience was merely adequate.
