Mr. Glassman's deep experience in commercial transactions and bankruptcy law was evident during our company's lease restructuring. His knowledge of Delaware's regulatory landscape, backed by his decades of practice, provided a solid foundation. However, communication was sometimes delayed, and responses could take longer than expected, which added stress to our tight timeline. While the outcome was ultimately satisfactory, the process felt more transactional than collaborative. His recognition in administrative law is well-deserved, but the client experience could be more streamlined.
