In the ABA's Section of Business Law he is a Council Member and Vice Chair of a Council Committee. He is a member of the Maritime Financing Committee of the Maritime Law Association. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Tulane Law School, teaching Vessel Documentation & Finance. He has been a frequent speaker at numerous American Bar Association and other meetings. Neal J.
