Nataliya Gavlin is the founder of Gavlin & Associates, P.C. where she provides clients with experienced, dedicated, and personal representation for a wide array of immigration issues. She has extensive experience handling immigration matters before the Immigrations Courts throughout the United States, USCIS, Board of Immigration Appeals, and Federal Courts. Being an immigrant from Ukraine, she is very sensitive to all the issues her clients face in this country. She believes that this country is very rich culturally because of the constant influx of new immigrants from around the word- those who come here to escape violence or persecution, seek better future for themselves and their families, or find better job opportunities. She loves meeting new people from other countries, learning about their life and culture and being able to help them achieve their “American Dream” starting at their immigration status. Having successfully handled hundreds of cases for her clients, she feels rewarded and fulfilled. She knows exactly what it means for someone who does not have a legal status to finally get it, for someone who has been separated from their family for a long time to finally reunite, or for someone who has been persecuted and harmed in their country to finally find protection in the United States. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). she also participate in a pro bono program with the Immigration Equality, a non profit organization for the LGBT community.
