Ms. Ory represented our small radio station group in a complex FCC regulatory compliance matter. Her deep knowledge of broadcast law and her 30+ years of experience, particularly with the issues facing smaller licensees, were immediately apparent and gave us confidence. She successfully navigated the filing and secured the necessary approvals. However, the experience was mixed. While her final work product was thorough, there were periods where we experienced significant delays in receiving updates, and responses to our emails were sometimes slower than expected. Her expertise in media law and regulatory enforcement is undeniable, but for a client who values consistent, proactive communication, the process felt somewhat disjointed. She is clearly a capable attorney, but managing client expectations could be improved.
