It's clear why she's recognized in that specific management-side field. The outcome was satisfactory and the matter was resolved without litigation. However, my experience was mixed. While her legal advice was sound, there were periods where responses to emails took several days, leaving me to manage my business's anxiety in the interim. Setting expectations around timelines for updates could be improved. For straightforward employment issues, she is a capable attorney from Georgia State University's program, but be prepared to occasionally follow up to keep the process moving at the pace you need.
