I hired Munsey Ayers to assist with a complex zoning variance for a commercial property my company was developing in Denver. His deep experience in land use law, built over 30 years, was immediately apparent. He clearly understood the municipal landscape and his reputation, including his past recognition in this field, likely carried weight during our hearings. The legal strategy was sound and we ultimately achieved our goal. However, for a three-star rating, the client experience had some gaps. At times, there were significant delays in receiving responses to emails, and updates often felt reactive rather than proactive. While his expertise from Otten Johnson is undeniable, the communication flow and managing of client expectations felt just adequate. For straightforward, high-stakes land use matters, his competence is reliable, but be prepared to follow up diligently.
