Mike Moore advises clients in a variety of commercial finance and corporate matters. His commercial finance practice consists of representing agents, lenders, and investors in all types of commercial loan transactions, including syndications and large-scale, multi-state portfolio loans, mezzanine financing, participations, construction loans, real property acquisitions, and asset-based loans, as well as healthcare industry financing, refinancing and restructuring (with a focus on senior living, assisted living and independent living facilities).
