Competent handling of a product liability case

Attorney Michelle Lukic at Keller Postman competently managed my defective medical device case. Her background in product liability and mass torts was evident in her strategic approach. However, communication was sometimes slow, with responses taking several days. While her legal work was solid and her recognition in the field is clear, managing client expectations on timelines could be improved. For straightforward legal matters, she is a capable attorney, but the process required more proactive updates than I anticipated.
